DATA COLLECTION & PROCESSING

  1. We collect information, including personal data, in various ways when you use the dogames.ai website and our Online Service. The collected data is transferred to a third country, this being the United States of America, for the purposes of website hosting.   • when you register at dogames.ai:

First name (Username), E-mail address, and Country

These are the minimum data necessary to set up and run your account at dogames.ai. If you refuse to give any of these data, you will not be able to set up an account at dogames.ai.
Note that we can offer you individualized pricing, e.g., for the game creation services we make available, only if we collect the information about your country at registration.

  • when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill in a Contact Form at dogames.ai:

First name (Username) and E-mail address

These are the minimum data that enable us to send you the newsletter or communicate with you after you contact us.

  • when you make a purchase at dogames.ai:

First name, Surname, E-mail address, and Country

These are the data necessary for accounting purposes.
Note that whenever you buy from us, we collect no data concerning your credit/debit card. All payments are carried out using a secure payment processing gateway such as Stripe.

(2) information collected via technology:

  • your IP address and browser information become automatically available when you visit our website (based on your IP address, we may establish other information such as your country and city, which we sometimes do e.g. for accounting purposes).
  • cookies are collected automatically for the proper maintenance and service of our website.

NEWSLETTER SERVICE

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may use the data concerning your First name (Username) and E-mail address. The data is processed as a result of your voluntary consent, which you can withdraw at any time either by unsubscribing directly from our Newsletter or by unticking the appropriate box in your account (available at: https://dogames.ai/user). ONLINE SERVICE IMPROVEMENT

We may use your data in order to improve our Online Service, develop the dogames.ai website and enhance your experience. If this is the case, your data is pseudonymized (which means it no longer immediately identifies you) and processed only for the purpose of collective analysis. GAME CREATION AND SHARING

When you create or share games using our AI-powered tools, we may collect and process data related to your game creation activities. This data is used to provide and improve our game creation services, as well as to enable the sharing functionality. The content you create is processed using AI models, including those provided by Anthropic, which do not train on user input according to the model providers' statements.

API USAGE

Our service utilizes various APIs, including Anthropic models, to power our AI-driven game creation tools. When you use these features, your inputs are processed through these APIs. It's important to note that, according to the statements of our API providers (including Anthropic), the models used do not train on user input. This means that while your data is processed to generate game content, it is not used to improve or modify the underlying AI models. We only use these APIs to process your requests and generate responses.

DATA DISCLOSURE

Your data will not be disclosed or made available in any way to any third party except for the prosecution authorities which may carry out criminal proceedings.

 

COOKIES

We may process automatically anonymized data on you, known as cookies (small bits of textual information which are sent by www server and saved by your web browser). In accordance with article 173 section 2 of the Polish Act of 16 July 2004 on telecommunications law as amended (published in Polish Dz.U. 2004 No. 171 item 1800, ustawa z dnia 16 lipca 2004 r. – Prawo Telekomunikacyjne) your data can be processed only if you did not change settings of your web browser which is interpreted as you having given consent to the data processing. WEBSITE SERVICE
